ASTROLOGY ::

Arriving three weeks ago to an island of penetrating beauty it was not long before I heard tell of the White Goddess, Tanit, and of the  mystical cult of Moon worship on the island as ancient as the meeting of earth, sea, and sky. For thousands of years restless adventurers of every culture have come to The White Island – Ibiza – to meet the enigmatic Mother Goddess, Tanit, and to lie in the caressing shelter of her lunar light nourishing body and soul. As protector of love and fertility the ancestral roots of Tanit run deep in the human psyche; as the Canaanite  goddess ” Lady Asherah of the Sea”, the Sumerian goddess Inanna, the Babylonian goddess Ishtar, as Astarte, the Phonician Mother Goddess,  and  Aphrodite and Venus, the Greek  and Roman goddesses of love. To this day, seekers of inner light continue to journey to this ancient place with an open heart, a playful spirit, and a joyful soul.
